Since Xvents operates as an offline-first event management system by default, all event rosters, venue capacities, and ticket sales ledgers are stored locally inside your browser cache (localStorage). No attendee or financial data leaves your device unless explicitly configured.

For operator user accounts and subscriptions, we process minimal credentials securely on our authentication servers. Your private event lists, ticket pricing details, and revenue logs remain strictly confidential.

We never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your event organizer software database records to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your schedules belong solely to your organization.

All interactions on the Xvents platform are transmitted over SSL encryption. Local state persistence complies with browser security sandbox standards.
