1. Acceptance of Terms & Event Platform License
By accessing or utilizing the Xvents Event Management & Financial Ledger Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from licensing or using the event registration software.
2. Operator Account & Ticket Ledger Responsibilities
Operators are strictly responsible for maintaining credentials and accurate event ticketing software settings. Any scheduling conflict or financial discrepancy arising from credential sharing is the sole responsibility of the account administrator.
3. Subscription Billing, Ticket Concessions, & Refunds
Subscription fees for Xvents SaaS event management platform plans are billed recurringly. Ticket sales, concessions, and partial deposit terms configured within your local ledger must comply with local commerce laws.
4. Intellectual Property & Software Rights
Xvents is protected under intellectual property regulations. Operators are licensed to run, populate, and export event database records, but may not reverse-engineer or re-license the underlying venue scheduling software.
